Amanda Knox, the U.S. student convicted of killing her roommate in Italy in 2009, addressed a jury on Monday, pleading for the panel to overturn her murder conviction, according to a CNN.com report.
According to the story, Knox, who was sentenced to 26 years in prison told the jury, "I am not what they say I am. I did not kill."
A co-defendant in the case is also seeking to have his murder conviction overturned. The jury is now deliberating.
