Buffalo, NY (WKBW) - Families of those killed in the crash of Flight 3407 will be in the State Supreme Court on Thursday morning.

Lawyers for Continental Airlines and Colgan, who operated the flight, plant to ask a judge to seal all pre-trial motions moving forward in the case.

Family members of the victims onboard the plane are against the move.

Flight 3407 crashed into a Clarence Center home more than five years on February 12th, 2009, killing all 49 people onboard and one person on the ground.
