The Amber Alert for a 3-year-old boy from Elmira, New York has been cancelled and the boy is found safe and sound. Four people have been taken into custody.

Jacob Ryan Davila was taken from his home just before 5:30 p.m. by an acquaintance of his mother. An Amber Alert was issued and Elmira police and other agencies began to search. He was found just shortly after 10 a.m.at the Microtel on Lehigh Station Road in Henrietta, just outside Rochester.

Authorities said a concerned citizen saw the red car that was described in the Amber Alert and followed it to the motel. They then called 911. When police arrived, they found the boy at the motel with four adults. Those people are now being questioned.

The police also released the picture of a man who was described as a "suspect" in the Amber Alert. They say he may have ties to Buffalo. They have not confirmed if this man was on the scene when they found the boy.
