11-year-old Buffalo Girl Shot in the Hand

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - An 11-year-old girl is recovering at Women and Children's hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a stray bullet struck her hand inside a Buffalo home.

At least one bullet fired outside of the home came through an outside wall and hit the youngster.

It happened on Mary B. Talbert Blvd., according to police.

In an unrelated incident, a man was shot while walking on Hamilton Street in the city's Black Rock neighborhood. His condition is unknown.

Police are looking for suspects in both incidents.
