I can honestly say that after about 2 weeks of this workout I have noticed a huge difference. For starters if I don't wear a belt I would be pulling my pants up all day long. I may need to buy a new one since I'm now using the last belt loop.
Day 14 was called Relief and it was a nice change of pace, it was about 25 minutes long and it was a nice break. Certainly felt like the quiet before the storm.
Day 15, 16, 17, were Speed & Agility, Vertical Plyo and Strength respectively. Once I get past the first 10 minutes of the workouts I feel like I could go forever. I must admit just as I thought I was really hitting my stride I was completely humbled by the Strength workout. I was feeling really good and pushed myself a little too much and by the end I wasn't feeling that well.
Day 18 was another Relief day and I used that as a day of relief and to do the Fitness Test again to check my progress. I improved in every category so I was very happy. Only 12 more days to go!
