It's over!!!!! I finally finished the 30 day workout program that I've been on. It feels great to finally cross the finish line and put this behind me. Looking back I really enjoyed most of the workouts. There were days I dreaded hitting play on the DVD player but I'm glad I did. In the end I lost more than 10 pounds and a couple of inches around the waist. I joke with my wife now that I'm back down to my "wedding" weight.
On day 1, day 15 and day 30 you take a fitness test to check your progress.

I improved in most of the events and gave 100%. If you're looking for a workout you can do in the comfort of your own I highly recommend this. Now for my next adventure!
