Jill Syracuse is senior vice president of servicing at Independent Health and responsible for understanding and meeting customer expectations to ensure satisfaction with the products and services they receive. She plays a key role in implementing strategic initiatives designed to continually enhance the customer experience. Her efforts have led Independent Health to consistently be ranked among the best in customer service - nationwide.
Since joining Independent Health in 1985 as a marketing representative, she has been promoted to several positions, including assistant director of marketing, director of claims operations and vice president of internal operations. Her contributions and commitment to Independent Health and its members have made a significant difference in our community and will continue to effect positive change to the evolving health care industry.
