“Why Western New York Works For Me…”

Western New York is a neighborly place. In the agricultural community, neighbors help each other out by lending equipment, answering questions or sharing experiences. We understand our important role as stewards of the land and want to provide a healthy, local, economical food supply. Like any other business, we wear many hats – accountant, mechanic, marketer, human relations director, delivery person, customer relations contact, event planner and meteorologist to name just a few. In addition to our neighbors, we have the support of Cornell Cooperative Extension and similar organizations. No matter what the issue, problem or concern, there is someone to turn to for support.

The typical American farmer today is college educated, over 50 and in a family business- which describes me. So Western New York also works for me because I get to work with my daughter every day.
