Owners of local juice bar and bistro, Ashker's, announced they will close two shop locations -- 1002 Elmwood Avenue and 1526 Main Street.
Why are they closing? In a Facebook post, the owners cited recent changes to the street.
"While change can be good, in this case, the changes happening do not align with our vision for the future of Ashker's."
But don't fear! Ashker's isn't leaving Buffalo.
You can find all your favorite juices and sandwiches at Ashker's Blackrock located on 414 Amherst Street. And this coming this winter, the shop will open a new location inside the Athletic Club Building on 69 Delaware Avenue.
Ashker's looks to make this transition in the next few months, but will remain open and operating until they find new operators for their Elmwood and Main Street buildings.
