1 (6-ounce) package fresh baby spinach
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
