New Guidelines On Pregnancy And Caffeine

Pregnant moms may not have to give up a daily java or latte for the sake of their unborn babies. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology says having moderate amounts of caffeine doesn't appear to be a major contributor to miscarriage or premature birth. That advice is based on the evidence from two large recent studies. A moderate amount of caffeine means no more than a cup and a half of coffee a day.
