(WKBW) On Thursday, October 6th, more than a thousand organizations across the country are teaming up to raise awareness about depression for National Depression Screening Day.
In the Buffalo area, seven sites will host screenings. They will be held both online and in-person at several different locations including colleges, community centers, hospitals and military facilities.
The anonymous screenings allow people to find out if they are at risk for depression and where to go in their community to get help.
