(WKBW/Cleveland Clinic) More people are using laptops because Wi-Fi makes them convenient, but a new Argentinian study says the combination could decrease a man's chance of creating a baby.

Researchers used semen samples from 29 healthy male donors.
The semen was split into two parts.

One part was exposed to a wireless-Internet connection laptop for 4 hours. The other part was not exposed.

Results show the exposed semen had a significant drop in sperm mobility and an increase in sperm DNA damage.

Doctors say it's long-term exposure men should be most concerned about.

Dr. Ashok Agarwal of the Cleveland Clinic says, "Avoid long term use for 4 hours or longer. I think if a person is using it for one or two hours, it won't be a real concern, at least on the fertility of that person."
