(CPSC) Some older model Graco strollers being recalled after the deaths of four infants. The recall involves the Graco Quattro Tour™ and Metrolite™ strollers that were made between 2000 and 2008.
The infant deaths were not recent, happening between 2003 and 2005, when babies who were not harnessed in the stroller slipped through the opening between the stroller tray and the seat and were strangled.
There are also reports of infants becoming entrapped and injured.
Strollers made after 2008 now have larger openings to prevent any problems.
