(WKBW) It's a bold mission to end cancer by the end of the decade and it starts by bringing all involved together for a summit.
One of four congressional district cancer summits took place in Buffalo.
It's bringing together cancer experts and congressional members who can push for more cancer research support at a national level.
It's also about raising awareness of cancer and educating ourselves and those around us about getting the necessary screenings and making the diet and lifestyle changes.
This initiative was launched by Camp Good Days and Special Times, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of children with cancer and their families.
