(WKBW) Who says doctors don't make house calls? Health care is going online now at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center in Lewiston.

The new system will allow local residents to go on their computers and have live visits with Mount St. Mary's doctors and medical providers, without leaving their homes, at a time that's convenient for them.

Online visits can be scheduled ahead of time, or residents can simply log on to have a visit immediately - with no appointment, waiting, or travel!

The online health visit is for people suffering from several minor ailments like colds or flu, allergies or rashes, or for follow-up visits.

An online visit costs 45-dollars or less, and your fee is waived if the doctor recommends you come into the office, or go to the ER.

For more information or to sign up call the hospital at (716) 298-2383.
