Prostate Cancer Patients At Risk For Colon Cancer

(WKBW/UB) Men diagnosed with prostate cancer may need to worry about another health concern.

A University at Buffalo study found that patients with prostate cancer could be at greater risk of colon cancer.

Men with prostate cancer were found to have significantly more abnormal colon polyps, that can turn cancerous.

Researchers recommend that men with prostate cancer not skip their routine colonoscopies.
