(WKBW/ABC) A major breakthrough in the battle against HIV and AIDS.
Researchers have discovered two naturally occurring antibodies that can decrease the chances of getting infected with the deadly virus.
In the study, the drugs were 90-percent effective in preventing HIV for people who took the antibodies in pill form faithfully, every day.
Doctors say this could mean an HIV vaccine is not far behind.
