(WKBW/Cleveland Clinic) The hurt that comes from headache pain is no fun, but experts say knowing the type of headache you have can help you control it.
Headache specialists at the Cleveland Clinic say migraine headaches last anywhere from 4 to 72 hours.
They say migraine headaches typically worsen with movement, are one-sided and throbbing in nature.
Migraines can also cause light and noise sensitivity and nausea and vomiting.
Doctors say another big difference between migraines and other headaches is when they typically strike. Migraines usually take place in the morning between four and nine o'clock.
