(WKBW/ABC News) Eating fish is good for you right? Well, it depends how you cook it!
A study found that women who ate at least 5 servings of baked or broiled fish a week had a 30% lower risk of heart failure compared to women who didn't eat fish.
On the other hand, eating at least 1 serving of fried fish a week did the opposite. It increased the risk of heart failure by 48% compared to women who did not eat fish.
Researchers also found that salmon, which has high levels of omega-3, was healthier for the heart than tuna or white fish such as sole.
