(WKBW/ABC News) If you like your rest, you may want to watch how much alcohol you drink, especially women, after a study finds that booze disrupts sleep for women more than it does for men.
Researchers found that when women drank alcohol, they had more disrupted sleep compared to nights when they drank non-alcoholic beverages.
They say women who drank alcohol had on average 20 fewer minutes of total sleep time and woke up more frequently during the night.
