Buffalo, NY (WKBW) The symptoms to look for before you get too sick, doctors say there is always a bad cold with chills and a fever.
They say for some people it may even seem like bad allergies.
In order to tackle the flu before it gets too bad they say you must go to the doctor for medication within the first two days of being sick.
Medical professionals say prevention is number one. They encourage getting the flu shot as soon as possible and try not to pass germs to others, by covering your mouth with your arm, not your hand, when you sneeze and stay home from work if you are sick.
