(Buffalo, NY) - Homicide detectives are investigating a deadly shooting in the 600-block of West Avenue in Buffalo. It happened just before 2:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Witnesses say they heard as many as 24 rounds fired and immediately called 9-1-1. When police arrived, they say they found a person dead on the front porch.
The second victim, a woman, was found inside the home with gun shot wounds to her leg and arm. She was rushed to the hospital.
A baby was also inside the home at the time of the shooting, but was not hurt.
The names of the victims are not being released.
