BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) An argument inside Social nightclub spilled out onto Franklin Street early Tuesday morning, escalating into violence.
Horace Miller, 19, was shot near the corner of Franklin Street and Huron just after 3 o'clock Monday morning. A short time later, patrol officers with the Buffalo Police Department apprehended 21 year-old Chemere Barclay.
Barclay is charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the attack on Miller.
Horace Miller was taken to ECMC. As of Tuesday afternoon, he was listed in serious condition.
