The NY SAFE Act headed to State Supreme Court Wednesday morning and was denied an injunction, leaving the opposed up in arms.
Those against the act took their concern to court, asking for the injunction following the issue of the way the law was passed.
Many say legislatures rushed it through without the usual three day waiting period.
Today, the state was able to prove the act was passed constitutionally.
