According to a story from the Lansing (Mich.) State Journal, a 44-year-old Michigan man has come forward to claim the third-richest Powerball lottery prize in history -- $337 million.
The man opted to take the winnings in a lump sum payment, which comes to $224.6 million after taxes, according to the Lansing State Journal story.
