A bizarre story from Florida over the weekend.
According to a report from Florida television station WKMG, police said a 29-year-old Florida man was arrested over the weekend and charged with battery via strangulation for allegedly trying to force his fiancee to swallow her engagement ring.
Police said the incident took place after the woman told the suspect she didn't want to live with him any longer, according to the WKMG report.
