According to the Ocala (Fla.) Star-Banner, police said a 53-year-old Florida man was shot and killed by his neighbor last weeked during a dispute over a barking dog.
According to the Star-Banner story, police said the neighbor walked over the the man's duplex and asked the victim to do something about a barking dog in his year when a confrontation ensued.
