A 25-year-old man pleaded guilty, as charged, to Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree after admitting to sexually abusing a 6-week-old baby girl.
Jason Salois admitted to orally sodomizing the 6-week-old for "sexual gratification." DNA evidence linked Salois to the crime.
"Because of their excellent police work, a depraved degenerate will be in prison for a lengthy period of time," said Erie County D.A. Frank Sedita.
Salois faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years when he is sentenced on April 2nd.
He is remanded pending sentence.
