He turned himself in -- in a strange way.
According to a report from New Mexico television station KOAT-TV, police said a New Mexico man allegedly called 911 to ask police to come and arrest him after he vandalized a bank in Albuquerque. The damage caused at the bank is estimated to be approximately $2,000, according to the KOAT-TV report.
