According to a news release from the Charlotte County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, police said a 53-year-old Florida man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly running over his neighbor with a golf cart following an argument.
The suspect is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, resisting an officer and driving while license suspended or revoked, according to the news release.
