A tragic story from Wisconsin this week.
According to a report from Madison.com, police said a jail inmate in southern Wisconsin was shot and killed by a deputy on Monday after attacking the deputy and attempting to escape while getting medical treatment at a hospital.
The inmate -- an 18-year-old male -- was being treated for a personal medical issue at the time of the incident, according to the Madison.com report.
