HIV-Positive Man Sentenced to 15 Years in Prison for Infecting Woman

A long prison sentence for a Texas man.

According to a report from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, a Texas judge has sentenced a 42-year-old HIV-positive man to 15 years in prison for having unprotected sex with a woman and infecting her with the disease.
