ALLEGANY, NY (WKBW-TV) - A 40-year-old Cattaraugus County man has been arrested and charged with raping a 16-year-old girl in a cemetery parking lot.
Cattaraugus Sheriff Deputies arrested Timothy Retchless after an investigation found he had sexual intercourse with the girl in a parked vehicle within the St. Bonaventure Cemetery back in April of 2010.
Retchless was a teacher at the Cattaraugus-Little Valley Central School District. He resigned from the district in March of 2011.
Retchless will appear in court at a later date to answer to the charge.
