ARKWRIGHT, NY (WKBW-TV) - A Cassadaga man was arrested early Saturday morning for aggravated DWI following a one car rollover accident on Bard Road in Arkwright.
Police say 47-year-old Robert Francis was traveling east on Bard when his vehicle exited the roadway, hit a ditch and rolled over. He suffered minor injuries.
After failing field sobriety tests he was arrested and brought to the station and gave a breath sample showing his BAC to be .18%.
He was issued tickets for Aggravated DWI, unlicensed operator, no insurance, unregistered motor vehicle, and unsafe speed. He is to appear in the Town of Arkwright Court on December 27th.
