BUFFALO, NY (WKBW-TV) - A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting two children.
The Erie County District Attorney's office says 52-year-old Donald Filer pled guilty to raping and sodomizing a 10-year-old between February and March of 2007. He also pled guilty to sexually abusing a 5-year-old in March of 2007.
Filer faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life when he is sentenced on February 7. Filer is currently serving an indeterminate sentence of 32 years to life for a Niagara County conviction back in May of 2008 involving one of the same juvenile victims.
