Racial Disparity In Healthcare

New research shows that there's still a large racial gap in the type of health care people receive in this country.
The study says African-American patients are more likely to be born prematurely, to be diagnosed with a chronic disorder, and to die from their illnesses than white patients.
Researchers from Yale University say many of these differences can be prevented if everyone got the proper routine care, including regular doctor visits.
