Exercise Can Make You Younger

Forget all those creams, pills and plastic surgery! A new study shows the best way to look and feel younger is to exercise.
Researchers from Germany decided to compare cells from professional track and field athletes to cells from healthy adults who were not physically active.
Both groups had the same chronological age, but the cells from the athletes
were biologically younger.
Scientists found that those who exercised had longer protective caps on the end of their DNA strands. As we age, those caps get shorter and leave the DNA vulnerable to damage.
