Halloween is coming, so here are some candy tips to help make the holiday less damaging to your waistline.
Dieticians say the following candy bars are better choices: fun-size Nestle crunch bars, only 3 grams fat, and 7 grams sugar and plain milk or dark chocolate fun-size bars. Also, the 3 Musketeers dark mint fun-size bars, 2.3 grams of fat and 9 grams sugar, and Dove dark chocolate pieces, 5 grams fat for two of the foil-wrapped goodies.
