It is with great pride that I say the quality of people, employers, employees and the work ethic as a whole has continually impressed me for Buffalo's "talking proud" attitude. I’ve been honored to act as trusted confidant to companies that are not only moving Western New York and the country, but in many cases the world. To be able to utilize this powerful information in order to make both employees and employers work most successfully has been extremely gratifying.
