Event Description
The Quaker Arts Festival, one of the largest outdoor and suburban Arts and Crafts Festivals in the Southtowns area, will take place on Saturday, September 20th (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Sunday September 21st (10:00 am- 4:00 pm) on the grounds of Orchard Park Middle School, at the corner of Rt. 20A and S. Lincoln Avenue in Orchard Park, New York. The event is co-sponsored this year by R. W. Publications.
In addition to a large number of returning artists, the Festival will be welcoming many new artists to Orchard Park. Additionally, the Festival will feature an expanded food menu for both days of the event. Off site parking will be available at the Casino in Chestnut Ridge Park, with free shuttle service provided for both days of the event.
The committee is pleased to announce that this year we will have two corporate sponsors joining us for the event. These include Bath Fitter, and Immediate Care of Western New York.
The committee planning the event is comprised of members of the Orchard Park Jaycees and include John Delvecchio - Manpower; Bev Leek – Entertainment and Public Relations; Sandy Larkin - Public Relations; Kelly Leek, Jeremy Tyler, Paul Szulist – Entrants; Renee Leek - Manpower-Sponsorship-Concessions; Lisa Stempowski - Business Manger and Security; Damon Monsour - Building and Grounds; Linda Weyand – Artist Reception; Barb Shevlin, Communications and Tokens; Tokens, Judy Winner – Tokens.
