Event Description
Watercolorists Joseph Whalen and Jeff Watkins will introduce this medium to participants who will work on their own projects. A watercolorist for nearly 65 years, Whalen has won numerous awards and been the focus of nearly a dozen regional shows, along with inclusion in exhibits from Paris to Los Angeles. Watkins is a distinguished watercolor artist who has taught public and private watercolor lessons for 40 years. Supplies are included in the course.
