Event Description
The New York Power Authority (NYPA) will celebrate the season at its annual Spring Eggstravaganza Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Niagara Power Project’s admission-free visitor center, the Power Vista. Activities include free photos with the bunny from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. plus crafts, face painting, scavenger hunt and free child safety identification cards compliments of New York Life Insurance Company. Enjoy free rides on the Niagara Scenic Trolley between the Niagara Power Vista and the Gorge Discovery Center.
Guests are also invited to enjoy the Power Vista’s attractions, which include displays and interactive exhibits relating to the production of electricity, energy efficiency and the region’s history, while surrounded by spectacular views from the observation deck 350 feet above the Niagara River Gorge. Parking and admission at the Power Vista, located at 5777 Lewiston Road, Lewiston, is always free.
