Tuesday, February 12- Come explore the technique of “stir fry” as we take rice and vegetables and transform the m into delicious meals using some classic Asian ingredients.
Stir Fry is a cooking method that preserves nutrients during the cooking process.
Shrimp, Chicken and Tofu will be used as your main ingredients. We will prepare traditional appetizers “Potstickers and Crab Ragoons”.
Come and learn how to use your chopsticks as we feast on some mouthwatering dishes.
Wine will be paired with the fabulous dishes for an additional $2.00, so be sure to bring your wine glass!
