All adoption fees waived (although cash donations are welcome)
12pm-5pm
Licensing fee is not waived; it is directly paid to town of residence. Also if the animal has not yet been spayed/neutered, a check made out to New York State for amount of $35 will be collected, once you spay/neuter the animal, the check will be returned.
