Two weeks following her mother's passing, Lori was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She had to undergo surgery to remove the tumors which came back positive with cancer. While trying to figure out Lori's next steps of treatment, the doctor's discovered that she also has a rare form of blood cancer and if left untreated it will develop into advanced leukemia. To treat both forms of cancer, she is undergoing numerous rounds of chemotherapy and radiation.
A benefit for Lori is being planned to help Lori with her medical bills and other household bills that are becoming overwhelming for her and her family.
There will be a chinese auction, 50/50 drawing, food, beer, wine, soda, desserts and music. Tickets will be $20 and may be purchased in advance and at the door.
