Event Description
BJ’s Wholesale Club in Williamsville is hosting a Pink Picnic for the community featuring a local breast cancer survivor who will share her experience with the disease. In addition, a specialist from the Roswell Park Cancer Institute will talk about important and state-of-the-art information about breast cancer screening, treatments and research.
At the event, BJ's also will unveil the "Pink Ribbon" club merchandise that it will sell throughout the month of October. These "Pink Ribbon" club products support the BJ's Charitable Foundation, which then will distribute it to 14 National Cancer Institute designated cancer centers, including the Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
