It is opening night at Buffalo's famed Gaiety Vaudeville Theatre, owned by J.B. Biggley. At cocktails, meet Franco DuMont, the flamboyant artistic director, Elenor Capote, the hated theatre critic, Norma Desdemona, the ex-diva, Eve Carrington, ingénue and rising young starlet, Roland Mountebank, the narcissistic leading man, Rene DuBois, fighting to get control of the Gaiety and this week's headliner from Europe, Greta Von Keepsthemfromfloppin.
Amidst songs of the roaring 20's and famous vaudeville routines, suddenly, the bullets start flying...the audience will have the time of their lives grilling the suspects and fingering the murderer.
