Upwards Ball Hockey and Cheerleading Camps
July 23rd-26th
Eastern Hills Wesleyan Church for kids Grades K-8
This 1st class sports experience focuses on fundamentals and equipping children with the athletic skills needed to participate in a future league and at the next level. Anyone, children & volunteers of any faith or no faith, can participate. Upward Ball Hockey: Boys and Girls in K-5th (2011-12 school year)
Each evening is divided into skills and drills training, team huddle time, and game play.
Upward Cheerleading: Girls in K-5th (2011-12 school year): Each evening is divided into segments of cheers and chants, jumps and stances, pom routine and craft station.
Registration Information: The registration cost per child for Upward camp is $45 until July 11th. After this date, registration will be $60. Registration forms are available on the Info Wallat Eastern Hills and on the church’s website: www.easternhillschurch.org
Included in Registration Costs
Cheer: t-shirt, pom poms, water bottle and spirit poster
Ball Hockey: t-shirt, water bottle, knee hockey stick*,
wristband.
*The knee hockey stick is NOT a regular hockey stick and can not be used at Upward camp. It is just a fun extra included in the package - so you can play knee hockey at home!
Required Safety Equipment (not provided)
Cheer: athletic sneakers
Ball Hockey: CSA approved hockey helmet with full face protector, running shoes, protective gloves, shin guards and hockey stick.
