The Our Lady of Victory National Shrine & Basilica is pleased to announce that its annual adoption healing mass is scheduled for Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. All those whose lives have been touched by adoption are welcome to attend; including birth parents, adoptees, adoptive parents, grandparents and other relatives.
